Located just 45 minutes away from downtown Buenos Aires, the housing estate has two accesses which places it in a differential status compared to the other estate developments in the area. You can easily reach Estancia Villa Maria via AU Buenos Aires – Cañuelas Highway, Route 205 KM 47.5, Canning, or else by taking former Route 52 KM 9.5 Castex.
Access
Estancia Villa Maria is located in Ezeiza, just 45 minutes away from downtown Buenos Aires taking Ezeiza-Cañuelas HIghway, and 10 minutes away from Canning, a fastest growing town in the Southern area. The town features movie theaters, restaurants, offices and shopping malls.
You can easily reach the housing estate by taking Castex Ave 9.5 KM (former Route 52). You can reach downtown Canning and the commercial area in just a few minutes. This access is placed within the awesome "Green Corridor: Welfare Route". The other access is by Route 205 at km 47.5, ideal if you are leaving Buenos Aires in the morning, which connects directly to the highway.
