Estancia

Located just 45 minutes away from Buenos Aires, and 10 minutes away from Canning and Cañuelas towns, "Estancia Villa María - Equestrian & Golf Estates" comprises 624 hectares (1,542 acres) distributed in an outstanding urban layout, which keeps its history and patrimonial worth.

Designed by Pablo Sánchez Elía, the master plan envisions six areas, each of one depicting peculiar features that give them a strong identity: Equestrian Quarter, North Park, South Park, The Casco, Golf Club, and Polo Club. The plots range between 1,500 and 5,000 m2, featuring four awesome sports centers, which give the identity to each of the residential estates.

The Casco

Estancia Villa María features the best environment to live in or enjoy your weekends. The Estancia still has its historical casco with an overwhelming Tudor-Normand rural palace, built in 1927 by prestigious Architect Alejandro Bustillo, and which today operates as a Boutique Hotel.

Equestrian Club

Starting at 3 years old, children, as well as adults, can at Villa María Equestrian Club get acquainted with the world of horses, from horse tack to cleaning and care; and it is primarily focused on offering proper horse riding training, which is the basis for any equestrian sport: jumping, taming, and Polo, among others.

This activity fosters several benefits and development possibilities, such as physical, psychological, educational, and social aspects. The staff at Equestrian Club comprises Horse Riding instructors from the Argentine Equestrian Federation as well as the International Equestrian Federation. All of them are renowned professionals, who have been in charge of the training of many equestrian units throughout the country.

Golf

Our golf course has 18 holes and a 7,250-yard fairway. It was designed with careful fairway layout and strategic planning in the placement of hazards and bunkers, offering an interesting challenge for both amateur and experienced players.

Polo Club

Estancia Villa María Polo Club is a high-performance center, featuring four professional polo fields, an exercise track, stick and ball field, stables, polo school, all-year-round polo training, and a polo Lounge.
